Japan agms chemical co., LTD announced on June 10, decided to receive and a joint venture between dupont China group co., LTD. - dupont agms polyformaldehyde (zhangjiagang) co., LTD. (ADZ) all dupont holds a 50% stake.
ADZ has been a joint venture with dupont, and has been producing and selling formaldehyde copolymer in China since 2004.
Mr Xu said that, because of its difficulty in being replaced by other resins, it is expected that demand in Asian countries, such as China, will grow. Agms as the world's only manufacturer of polymers and copolymers at the same time, through this stock receiving, strengthen differentiated brand of production and sales system, to further expand business in Asian countries such as China.
